Is this a subscription? Do I need to pay monthly?

No. FixArt AI has no subscriptions or recurring fees. All Credit packs are a one-time purchase, and the Credits you buy are yours to use forever. They never expire.

What’s the difference between free use and purchased Credits?

Free Use: You can use FixArt AI right away without logging in. We provide a daily balance of free Credits for everyone to use. All generations, free or paid, are 100% watermark-free.

Purchased Credits: Buying a pack gives you a large balance of Credits to generate a much higher volume of images and videos, and access to our highest-quality features.

How are Credits used?

It’s simple. Generating a standard image typically costs 1 Credit. Video generation costs vary based on length and quality. The exact cost is always clearly displayed before you confirm any generation.

Who owns the images and videos I create?

You do. You own the full commercial rights to any content you generate. You can use them for any project, personal or commercial, without limitations. All assets are royalty-free.

What is your refund policy?

We offer a refund if your request meets two conditions: it’s made within 48 hours of purchase, and you’ve used 100 Credits or less from the pack. For full details, please see our Terms of Service.
