Credits are the currency you use on FixArt AI. Instead of recurring subscriptions, we offer Credit packs as one-time purchases. This gives you complete control over your spending with no automatic charges or hidden fees. Simply buy a pack and use the Credits when you need them.

Your Credits unlock all of FixArt AI’s creative tools. You can use them for everything, including our AI image generator, AI video generator, and our AI editing features. There are no restrictions—one credit balance gives you access to all current and future tools.

No, your purchased Credits never expire. They are yours to use whenever you wish, giving you the freedom to create at your own pace.

We offer a refund if two conditions are met:

1. The refund request is made within 48 hours of your purchase.
2. You have used 100 Credits or less from the purchased pack.

If you meet these criteria, please contact our support team at support@fixart.ai with your purchase details to initiate a refund.

To permanently delete your account and data, please follow these steps:

1. First, navigate to “My Creations” and manually delete all your generated images and videos.
2. After your creations are deleted, log out of your FixArt AI account.
3. Simply refrain from logging in again. Our system will automatically detect the inactivity and permanently delete your account after a set period.
