• To Provide and Maintain the Service: To process your prompts, generate AI images and videos, manage your account, and provide customer support.
• To Improve Our Platform: We use your inputs and Generated Content to train, fine-tune, and enhance the performance and safety of our AI models. This helps us create better and more accurate results for all users. All data used for training is handled with strict privacy controls.
• For Safety and Content Moderation: To enforce our absolute prohibition on the generation of harmful, illegal, or explicit content. We utilize automated safety filters and, when necessary, human review of your prompts and Generated Content to detect abuse, prevent the output of prohibited materials (such as CSAM, violence, or non-consensual content), and ensure a safe environment.
• To Communicate With You: To send you service-related announcements, updates, and marketing communications (which you can opt-out of at any time).
• For Security and Compliance: To prevent fraud, enforce our Terms of Service, block restricted jurisdictions, and comply with legal obligations.
